Description Carlton “Pudge” Fisk is a retired catcher and a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame. He played 24-years in the major leagues for the Boston Red Sox (1969, 1971-80) and Chicago White Sox (1981-93). He was AL Rookie of the year and Gold Gove winner in 1972. In addition to being an 11-time All-Star, Fisk is known for the video of him waving the ball fair in the 12th inning of Game 6 of the 1975 World Series at Fenway Park. Fisk is one of nine players and managers whose uniform number is retired by more than one team. The White Sox retired Fisk's number 72 in 1997 and the Red Sox retired his number 27 in 2000. Fisk autographed a 1976 Topps baseball card (#365) using a blue marker. We guarantee all of the autographs we sell to be authentic. If one of the major authentication services (Beckett, JSA, or PSA/DNA) will not certify the autograph, you may return the item within 30 days of the authentication for a full refund.
